Correction of radial image distortion in Python using open-source tools
Some techniques of handling holographic data are very sensitive to
optical aberrations the microscope may suffer from. Specifically,
precise stitching of images is very sensitive to radial distortion, even
if the distortion is very weak. We will show how to compensate this
aberration in microscope output using image and data processing
libraries that are available as free software.
