New paper by Dr. Jakub Bělín, "Optical simulation of quantum mechanics on the Möbius strip, Klein’s bottle and other manifolds, and Talbot effect": this paper was written in collaboration with Masaryk University and the University of Exeter in England and reveals so far unappreciated potential of a diffraction experiment on a periodic grating to simulate quantum physics on compact manifolds.
